I didn't like anything about this property, and Expedia should remove this property as an option. I appreciate that Expedia offers different price points for hotel accommodations, but there should be a bare minimum standard of cleanliness and safety that should be offered as well.Upon arrival I thought I was it was strange that the lobby and check-in process was done through a secure window and not within direct contact of the employee. I shrugged it off because I did check-in very late, and I'm all about safety. The gentleman that checked me in was very nice and helpful. Once I got to my room I just knew something wasn't right. There was trash outside of my room that was thrown around the trash bin and not in it. When I opened the door to my room there was an immediate odor that came from within and stayed the whole night.The curtain in the room did not close all the way leaving a huge gap that anyone passing by could look in. The curtain was filthy. The floor was damp and slippery either with cleaning supplies that had a horrible residue or dampness in the air. The refrigerator and microwave were not clean and enclosed in a furniture fixture that was rusted all around. The metal bedframe was exposed and rusted as well. The light socket by my bed came out of the sheetrock, and there were no nightstands in the room. The phone was sat on the floor. The bathroom was horrible. The bathtub was not clean and had paint in the tub where they tried to paint over the fiberglass.
