Terrible housekeeping service, sharing room #137with roaches.Poorly functioning sink plumbing (totally loose faucet) Poor bathtub draining shower water. in my 5 day stay the room was made out only, twice, and only after going to the front desk to “ beg for the service” to the Manager, Mr Parek. Finally the room was filthy and in disrepair showing a bathroom wall sheetrock hole caused by doorknob This hotel was the worst I had ever been in all of my travels.

We checked in, got to our room, and then immediately left. Dirty sheets, holes in walls, cracked sink, toilet didn’t flush, cobwebs filled with flies… I wish I was exaggerating. The pictures online are misleading.

I will never stay here again!! I wanted to leave the 2nd I saw the room. Terrible, outdated, broke down furniture, stained linen. I’m disappointed. I roughed it out since it was only 1 night and because the office gave me another room after I asked. This one ain’t it and the owner should be ashamed.

Unfortunately with a storm keepjng my family from getting to our rental home, this was the only option available. Mold in the bathroom, broken lampshades, smelled like cigarette smoke, no working smoke detector, no safety latch on door.

Don’t stay here
Even though we clarified we would be there past 12 the front desk worker told us our room was unavailable at this point and we had to get a different room. This was fine it was only 30 dollars more, but once we got to the room it was disgusting. I stay in motels very often and after this trip have decided never again. Gross stuff in the bathtub on the floors. The next morning we saw staff members walking around the parking lot sweeping in their underwear. So unprofessional and overall disgusting. Nobody wants to walk out of their hotel room and see someone who works there half naked.
