This condo is clean and in a great location! Our only complaint is the mattresses and bed pillows are terrible. If those were replaced this would go from 2 to 5 stars.

The location of the property was amazing and away from a busy street. The living room sofa was extremely uncomfortable, as well as the places to sit and hang out. I would recommend this place if you plan to spend little time in the unit and only use it as a place to sleep/shower. If you plan on doing any cooking, or hanging out in the living room I would stay elsewhere as the floors and kitchen weren't as tidy as the bedrooms/bathroom. Bedrooms were adequately furnished and very clean.

Winter Fun in Winter Park

We had the best stay this winter at Winter Park. The management company made our stay so easy and they were so communicative, it was great. The condo had the best location near the elevators, not having to walk a mile to our room after a day of skiing was greatly appreciated. Having our own washer and dryer allowed us to pack much less, even if it was a little small. We really loved our stay!

A Must Stay in Winter Park!

This was our first time to Winter Park & having the ski-in-ski-out property was a must with 4 children. We couldn’t have been happier with the condo. Perfect location, very quite, easy parking, and plenty of space. The property management was amazing. They made check-in a breeze & made sure we were satisfied throughout our stay. The only downside to the location was how bright it was outside at night. It made the rooms facing the mountain brighter than we were use to. But we will definitely stay here again next year!!

Great location for family ski vacation

This condo at Founders Pointe was perfect for our family of 4 on a ski vacation at Winter Park. We loved the big windows and views of the Village, Gondola, and slopes. The ski lockers were convenient and we used the red wagons to pull our skis over to the gondola and back. The property manager was very responsive, and check in/out was a breeze. I would definitely come back. Thanks for a great place to stay while we skied.

Excellent property and great communication with property manager

My family of 5 stayed at this property for a ski vacation at the beginning of January. The location was absolutely perfect being only a 3 minute walk to the gondola and across the street from the village. We purchased the underground parking pass and I highly recommend you do this otherwise you will be parking your vehicle a fair distance from the property. The unit was clean and easily slept our family of 5 which is 3 adults and 2 teenagers. Great views from the balcony also. We have stayed at Breck, Keystone, Vail, Beaver Creek & Copper in Colorado and this unit would be toward the top of our list when taking into consideration everything. Definintely a great value, excellent location and clean unit.

Awesome condo!! Great location!!

We booked this condo for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend for snowboarding and skiing ! It was a great location mountain side, close to everything and was in very short walking distance of shops, slopes, restaurants and the shuttle was right outside! The condo was very clean, well equipped, large deck facing the resort area, big bay windows with great views and large enough for my family of 6! The heated underground garage was very convenient! Would highly recommend!!

Great property, fantastic location!

Absolutely loved this 2BR unit right across the street from Winter Park Resort. Easy to walk over for food and activities...we went 24 hours without getting in our car...it was great! The balcony was a great place to relax and be able to hear the live music being played across the street. In the evenings, it was fantastic to soak in the hot tub while looking up at the stars. There were only a few minor issues and the property management was great about taking care of them. This is a great unit, even for our family of 6...I would absolutely stay at this property or others from this company. I hope to get back someday.
