"The service and personnel were excepcional, but the place is loosing quality for a 5-star hotel. For example, the bathroom we stayed in did not reflect the standard (was repaired with very bad finishing), the TV is old with not-so-good image quality, and both the "a la carte" restaurants were closed ..."

"Bahia Grand resort was very nice as was the majority of the staff so pleasant! So much food to choose from at buffet, 3 restaurants were also delicious even if servings were small, but most times you could still go to buffet. Until next year! Peace"
