"The shuttle bus drivers, the first one wanted to know if I was going to the airport, I replied I’m already at the airport I need to go to the hotel and it was so dark my friend missed a step getting on the bus and hurt her leg, at the hotel the next morning our new driver taking us to the airport ..."

"The hotel team was very helpful and quick to offer a shuttle ride for me to meet my son, who was arriving at the airport. My husband and I had driven 7&1/2hrs instead of the usual 2&1/2 to pick him up. A road closure occurred. The shuttle ride to save us some extra driving was wonderful"
