"Good hotel, decent decor and ambiance but WiFi was terrible and bathroom smelled horrible. Place was not vacuumed well and the ice machine never worked on our floor. Pool was nice to be indoors but was not very clear and sort of cloudy. The arcade is pretty overpriced as most of Reno’s resorts"

"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious ..."

"We've stayed at this hotel 4 times now. Its close to everything, and the hotel is clean. They have 2 pools, and 2 hot tubs on this property. A indoor pool, and hot tub, and the same outside. Breakfast was decent they had many option's. Definitely recommend."
