Tämä on hiljattain vuokrattavissa oleva toisen kerroksen yksikkö, koska isä ei voi enää käyttää portaita. Siinä on 3 mukavaa makuuhuonetta ja avoin tila olohuoneesta ruokasalin ja avoimen keittiön kautta. Siinä on klassinen tunnelma Jersey-rannalla, hiljattain remontoitu keittiö, päivitetyt huonekalut ja keskusilmastointi kesäksi 2019 !!! Kaikissa huoneissa on kattotuuletin sekä tuuletin olohuoneessa ja ruokasalissa. Uusi pesukone ja kuivausrumpu ovat saatavilla. On takakuistilla ja Weber grilli tarjotaan ruoanlaittoon. Korostettu ominaisuus on ulkopuolinen esiportaan ihmisille, jotka katsovat, lukevat kirjaa, ottaa nukkumaan tai rentoutua valtameren ilmassa muutamalla cocktaililla. Kiinteistössä on myös ulkosuihku ja pukuhuone huuhteluun palattuaan rannalta.

Todellinen osoite on 831 St. James Place. Tämä yksikkö on 1 korttelin päässä rannasta ja rantatieltä. Kävelykadun päässä on 1. kadun hengenpelastaja-asunto, jossa on kylpyhuone ja ensiapu. Lautojen lähellä on Brownin ravintola, joka on kuuluisa tuoreista aamu munkkeistaan, ja Anthony's Water Ice noihin kuumiin rantapäiviin. Rantamme vastakkaisessa päässä on 1-3 lyhyen korttelin sisällä deli, ravintola, pizzakauppa ja jäätelöbaari.
Tarjoamme lisäksi 6 rantatagia, rantatuoleja, sateenvarjoa ja perheen lautapelejä aloittaaksesi hauskanpitoasi.
Talvella 2019 tapahtuu paljon päivityksiä, joten uusia kuvia ei ole vielä saatavana, mutta ne ladataan heti kun ne ovat. Uusi keskusilmastointi, uudet huonekalut ja uusi tyyli lisäävät tämän kiinteistön vetovoimaa. Meillä on jo hyvä sijainti !!
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Ocean City Boardwalk. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla vesipuisto. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa keittiön ja älytelevision.

Well-Suited for Our Stay
This is an older but updated property that is within easy walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. The home was clean and extremely well stocked with everything from cleaning products and towels to a beach umbrella. We loved the covered front porch and were also happy to have great TV service so we could watch the Olympics when we returned from the boardwalk in the evening. The owners were easy to work with and very helpful both remotely and onsite. Literally the only issue we had was parking because there is no driveway or alley. We highly recommend this property.

Awesome Memorial Day weekend with my husband and 2 kids. Home is conveniently located 1 block to the beach. Boardwalk has a breakfast/ lunch/ donut shop (Brown’s) a couple blocks from the house. Family friendly block, house came with towels and linens and kitchen was modern. Washer and dryer also brand new in unit. Beautiful front porch with plenty of seating for coffee or after beach cocktail. Loved our stay!

Wonderful beach vacation
The house was very clean and the kitchen is filled with equipment for home cooking and baking. A quick walk to the wide beach and at the start of the Ocean City two and a half mile long boardwalk. Cruiser bicycles were available and added to our enjoyment of Ocean City. We were in the second floor apartment. There is a long set of stairs - for us it added to the visit as we were looking for an active get away. But they might prove a challenge for some.

Our stay at Tristin’s home was just what we needed finish our summer vacation. We loved hanging out on the porch in the morning and evenings. Comfortable, clean, pet-friendly place on a quiet street at the north end, but still convenient to everything by foot or bike. Great value - had everything we needed to feel at home for a week. It's not luxurious like some of the newer places, but that's not what we were looking for.

Good house in a good location
This house is right near the beach/boardwalk which is always where you want to be in OCNJ. Our family enjoyed our time at the house as well as our dogs. The house is a little smaller than expected and is on street parking only which can be tricky at times. Besides those two critiques, this is a great pet-friendly house and we would definitely rent it again.

Great vacation!
We loved the location, close to beach and boardwalk, we loved the porch, place was clean, all basics of food and staples were provided. Tristin provided extras, including bikes, umbrellas, grill, beach chairs, sand toys. He was a great communicator, with a friend on-site for any minor issues. It is an old property, but functional for our needs. We have many memories from this great vacation!

Very nice place to stay
We were very happy with the property, the location and the price. The only thing we were not as pleased about is the requirements to make the beds upon arrival and wash the towels before departure. I dont believe these were mentioned on the VRBO listing. I understand why they are required, but for a busy family, it is one extra thing to worry about. The landlords were very kind and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Long Weekend
We stayed for a long weekend (Friday-Monday) in late September. The weather was perfect and so was this listing! We were able to get in earlier than 4pm, and the place was spotless. This was our girls trip. It was me, my sister and my mother. We each had a room to stay in, and the kitchen, dining area/living room was plenty big for us. It’s a block and a half from the beach, but we really enjoyed looking at all the beautiful homes along the way. It’s also a very quiet street at the very start of the boardwalk. So that was nice as well. We will definitely be booking this with Tristin again for next years girls trip. I highly recommend!

Great spot for family w pet
We really enjoyed our stay. First of all the booking process was easy and communication from owner was great. We didn’t have a single issue or concern with the property. Was exactly how listed. Location is great for easy beach and end of boardwalk access (we prefer being a bit away from the craziness of center boardwalk) and worked well for our dog also (not too far to the dog beach on the long port side of the bridge). We would 100% visit again.

The apartment was as billed. Clean. Loved having the beach badges. The cruiser bikes were a big hit. Only draw back: parking. But we found spaces to park. Would highly recommend. Tristen was a great host.
