Great Rooms, Great Hotel
Titanic is a fabulous hotel. We've stayed here 3 times and always enjoyed it. The rooms are so spacious and the styling of the hotel is great. We did have a couple of issues while we stayed with car charging and one of our showers but these were sorted out quickly by the helpful stay. Thanks so much, we will stay again.

READ BEFORE BOOKING - Be aware misleading infos
I recently stayed at the Titanic Hotel Liverpool, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. Spa Access The main issue started with the misleading information about the spa. When booking through Hotels.com, it wasn’t clear that spa access required an additional charge or advance booking. Even after paying for the stay and receiving confirmation, this information wasn’t clarified. I contacted both the hotel and Hotels.com and got conflicting responses. The hotel claimed it was clearly stated (it wasn’t on Hotels.com), and Hotels.com assured me it was included but couldn’t resolve the issue. When I arrived, the spa was fully booked for two days, and on the third day, I had to pay extra for just two hours of access. Restaurant and Bar Service Trying to book a table at the restaurant was another disappointment—it was fully booked. We were directed to the bar, where service was incredibly poor. Old glasses from previous customers sat on our table for over 30 minutes. Despite the bar being almost empty, we had to walk up to the counter to get drinks. When a server finally attended to us after an hour, we were charged a service fee for bringing the drinks to our table. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a supposedly high-end hotel. Overall Experience Between the spa confusion and the poor dining service, I will NEVER go back again. I travelled in UK with over 200 hotel experiences that was the worst Hotel with that price bracket.

Honestly outstanding. I booked 2 nights for my parents for my Mums 70th. My Dad has been really poorly the past 12 months and I was nervous about this trip for them. I contacted the hotel in advance and they honestly couldn't have been more accommodating for them, really making their stay special. I can't praise the staff enough - I have so much gratitude, thank you.

STUNNING TREAT !!!
Genuinely warm welcome from Jon at Concierge and Reception staff. Superior Double Room was beautifully appointed and huge. We enjoyed an incredibly reasonably priced Afternoon Tea followed by an expertly crafted cocktail in the sumptuous bar. Breakfast was a stunning spread and beautifully presented and flavoursome with top quality meats and eggs on offer. Particularly enjoyed the quirky smoothies !! BRAVO TITANIC HOTEL

This is a great hotel. The rooms are massive and well decorated. The corridors are quite dark - maybe to create atmosphere?! Food was delicious and staff all very friendly.

Hotel was lovely with a nice atmosphere. Staff are attentive and polite. I was ill whilst there and a lady at the bar helped my husband to our room with drinks and snacks. Disappointed we couldn’t get a slot in the 3 days to use spa facilities as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. I did message before our visit but no answer. The only negative for room was it was dark as our lamp wasn’t working.

Fantastic hotel but overpriced food and drinks.
The hotel is fantastic but didn't like service charges being applied every time I went to the bar or had food. I'm happy to tip but not for every drink. Coffee at breakfast was cold, as was the replacement.
