honestly i was happy with this hotel location and view and access to shopping, But The facilities of the hotel were very poor, due to the lack of things like slippers, toothbrushes, and even a refrigerator in the room, the facilities of the room were really at the level of a 2star hotel.

Disappointing Stay
I booked a non-refundable room at this hotel, and had I read the reviews beforehand, I wouldn’t have stayed here. The location is excellent, and the staff at check-in were very welcoming, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. As other reviews have noted, the hotel feels quite dated and is in desperate need of a deep clean and some redecorating to bring it up to scratch. The bathroom had watermarks, limescale on the taps, and mould around the bath, which suggests the rooms aren’t cleaned regularly. It’s a shame because the hotel has a lot of potential. I would rate it closer to a 2-star.

We loved our stay. The staff was friendly, check in was easy, the food in the restaurant was good. It was walking distance to the train so itbwas convenient. We will stay here again on a future trip and highly recommend.

Did not enjoy this stay. I knowingly booked a budget room with no windows but did not expect my stay to be so bad. To start off, yellow stains on the bed sheet… If that doesn’t already put you off, the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. Check in took over 20 minuets and the bad service is not staffed and you really have to ask multiple times to get your bag back. Do not use this if you are in a hurry. Will not be staying again

Classic Design, Great Position - Perfect for o2 !
Classically designed hotel - all dark wood & chandeliers ! Check in was quick & efficient, room was good size with air con & additional high powered fan, very clean & tidy, bed & linen excellent, well appointed room with tea & coffee, hairdryer, iron & board, TV, side chairs, large bathroom with bath. Parking on site. Very well positioned on Canary Wharf, easy to find & 5 Min walk out the back of the hotel along the river to a shopping mall with cafes, bakeries etc & access to the Jubilee Line & DLR. Perfect position for sightseeing or a visit to the 02 Arena - 5 min underground ride away !. Absolute bargain for the price paid - We'll be back !

I was placed in room with a single bed rather than a double bed I booked for. Every time i rolled over, i fell out of bed or I hit the wall. I didnt sleep well.

**Terrible Experience - I recently stayed at the Britannia International Hotel and had an absolutely awful experience. I specifically booked a room with a double bed, but when I arrived, I was given a room with two single beds. To make matters worse, the room was on the basement level (-1 floor), which felt more like a dungeon than a hotel room. The air conditioning in the room was broken, leaving the space stuffy and uncomfortable. Despite raising these issues with the front desk, the staff were unhelpful and refused to upgrade my room or even offer a reasonable solution. Their lack of concern for their guests is truly disappointing. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The service was poor, the room was not as advertised, and the overall experience was frustrating. I will not be returning.
