Easy to access and very well located. Hotel was great for a weekend in Manchester. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was busy but well stocked.

Worth considering staying here.

Excellent location in the centre of Manchester. The front desk staff were fantastic. Rooms clean, comfortable and well kept. Very quiet and restful place to sleep despite being a large city centre hotel. The one draw thing we felt was less impressive was the bar. Any time we asked what snacks were available at the bar, whomever was on duty always said 'You'll have to look at the snacks at the end of the bar'. Rather than giving us a list, or showing us what was on offer. This happened at least three times, and we felt reflected the bar very badly. It was rude and not what you'd expect from hospitality staff who should be eager to help.

Lack of Management

We had an issue with a broken bed. Had the inconvenience of being moved to another room to find faulty toilet. The reception staff and maintenance people were lovely but lacked customer satisfaction or compensation on what spoiled and incurred a sleepless night. This effected our business trip and concentration on important meetings. 3rd time staying here, always some sort of issue. Will not stay again.
