Fix your elevator. Packed, busy hotel. Unacceptable wait for elevators. Large group of teenagers hogging the pool when we went down with a coach giving us the stink eye for even coming in the door. This is a public hotel not a private high school facility for children to monopolize.

The lobby layout and breakfast areas were great. The view out the back is lovely - just a hill of grass. It was quiet. Very nice reception. Overall, excellent stay.

Very clean & the setup is nice. Front desk staff could've been a bit friendlier but it wasn’t bad. Breakfast was good and love the 24 hour coffee and tea bar!

Easton PA best stay this far

Lounge space was huge. Breakfast was great! I wish the rooms had cook tops as part of the kitchen. Kitchen has full size dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer (no ice maker) and sink has garbage disposal. Shower is a little on the smaller side and living area is well layed out. I recommend a room on the top floor, if not you will be like us with elephants on your head all day and night.

I like the fact that i had ample lounging areas for quiet times. I did not particularly like the staff as they were aloof and unfriendly. Not customer oriented at all. Very busy on their phones and not engaging the customers.
