A dreadful experience from start to finish. Check in was shoddy, the room was tired, not particularly clean and musty. Not what I'd expect from a big brand such as Hilton Hotels. I've stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions before and the standards continue to plummet.

Very nice stay
Lovely room very spacious. Sofa bed was a little small for a 15 yo and a 10 yo. Bed and pillows great. View of the river was a bonus. Staff were very nice. Great location easy parking.

Great location would highly recommend it, the staff are great and very helpful. We had a small issue with a vent duct near our room which was making noises. The staff immediately moved us to another room in a matter of minutes. Also very clean rooms, perfect place to stay while in bath. I will definitely be coming back for another stay. Thank you!
