All of the staff we saw at different points of our stay were really lovely and helpful. Behind the reception desk and on at breakfast especially. Room was very clean and also breakfast staff super helpful in terms of dietary requirements. Would definitely stay again. The walk into town at night didn’t feel the safest but otherwise no complaints.

For arrangement, amenities, comfort, and convenience, one of the best rooms we've enjoyed in the U.K. Might only be small things sometimes, but they seemed to have thought of everything.

The hotel was clean, and the rooms were very spacious. We had an issue with our hotel key, but this was sorted quickly and efficiently. Breakfast was included in the price. We went down at 9:40 a.m., and much of the food had run out. They replenished it once asked, but this took a little while. It would have been better if this was checked during service. Parking is very good and cost £15 (we were there for only one night)until check out the next day at 10:30. Overall, the stay was good, and I would recommend the hotel, though maybe not for breakfast.
