Nice inter city hotel

The hotel was great but the parking was an issue as it is not easy to find. The breakfast was very good also with a nice selection to choose from. It also well located with lots to do within a very short walk

The room was great, bathroom etc immaculate. Staff very helpful and friendly. The only issue was a bizarre lack of lemon slices at the bar to go in my drink! And no tea or coffee… very odd.

It's fine

Pretty basic. For the money I was expecting a better experience. You get more at a cheaper price in a premier inn. No hairdryer in the room. Tiny bathroom with no bath. The furniture's clearly been broken. The bed wasn't overly comfortable. It's fine but it's not worth the price. The only plus side is the room had a fridge.

Arrived at 1pm asked if our room was ready and told no without the lady on front desk even checking. Very noisy area, barely slept maybe it was the location of the room however the mattress was very firm and uncomfortable.

The staff are all so friendly and helpful. They really make your stay special. The hotel is in a great position for the sights, shopping and restaurants. The room s are very cosy, clean and have all the little extras you need. (hairdryer, iron, bottled water)
