I was not happy at all that they used the excuse of Covid for not cleaning our room everyday this was a load of rubbish as we saw them cleaning other peoples rooms. We came back to full bins and unmade beds. We complained about this and a polish lady called Durito I think her name was was extremely rude saying we only stayed for two nights and making hand gestures. We also had a problem with this lady when it came to iron our clothes we were only ironing one shirt and she put the pressure on for us to leave! This is a member of staff so we were confused as to why she was ironing in the first place. It did have some good qualities the manager seemed nice and it was cheap but overall not a great place to stay.

A very good hotel for a few night stay. The room arrangement is a bit confusing, but if you don't think it too much, then everything is fine. I encountered many problems during my trip, but the staff helped me with everything.. Really excellent customer service.
