I asked for a first floor room because I am handicap. That I received; however, as it was a motor lodge, I was given a room that did not have direct access to the room. I had to park three spaces from the room which caused a problem for getting my luggage in the room. When I asked the desk attendant for another room, I was told there is no room available, and you can park in the space that is ONLY three spaces from your room. I will not use this facility in the future.

It was so much better than the Ramada in Stanton. We had to get a better hotel, the Ramada was disgusting and stank of cigarettes, so we chose Super8 as we needed a room for the night.

The owner came in my room when I wasn’t there didn’t make up up the bed or pick up the room.. He came in to close a window without my permission.

Staff was very nice, room was clean, a little outdated but clean. Cracked window (no big deal). The issue was in the middle of the night, i could smell someone’s cigarette smoke very strongly from either a nearby room, or someone outside the motel door , and then outside air was infiltrating then room either through the poorly sealed door, or some other way. The second issue was a domestic dispute was occurring in the middle of the night, lots of cursing, etc, and my kids and I were woke by it and could hear so clearly. For those reasons it didn’t feel like a safe visit to have with kids.

Room was definitely clean. But... No coffeemaker in room. Limited towels. What breakfast? Coffee, Apple Juice, Orange Juice(which was horrible, it seemed very thick), apples and granola bars. What a joke? Place was shady...guys sitting all over the walkways. Washer/Dryer not working. No ice in the ice machine. They charged my card without my permission I used my card to make the reservation. When I actually checked in I advised them that I wanted to pay cash for the stay. They had already charged my card. Not acceptable. Now. I know why there was an issue with my first card. To me that's just shady. Something needs to be done about that. Would NEVER stay there again. Also had a friend stay there...he stated the same issues.

No breakfast!

I don’t think I’ve ever had this happen, but the hotel just offers apples and granola bars and calls that a breakfast. Not only that, but this is a bad 50’s style motel. They’ve tried to fix up the rooms but that’s all this is. I can’t believe I paid $99 for a bad motel with no fitness room or breakfast.

PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE

Our flight was cancelled by Delta out of ATL on 7/20/24. We were aware that we had purchased non-refundable hotel rooms for 2 different hotels through hotels.com but 1) we wanted to communicate to the individual hotels that we would not be able to honor our reservations and 2) wanted to inquire about possible a reimbursement or a credit for another hotel room and 3) needed help with a new reservation in the Atlanta area where we were forced to stay for 36 hours. At a very stressful time we were not able to communicate to Hotels.com or use the hotel.com app as we could not find a phone number on the website and the app was not working properly. Like the airlines, all businesses need a PEOPLE BASED plan to help their customers when IT fails!

I felt like I was pulling into some type of Gangland movie. Room was dirty. Loud music from all the partying going on outside. People drinking at midday, hanging outside the rooms. We left within minutes. NOT SAFE.
