Good morning Tabitha, I do apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused you on your stay with us at hotel indigo Liverpool. In regards to the reception being chaotic, our reception can be really busy which would be out the staff control and as for the church bells, it is nothing to do with the hotel and can not do anything about the bells I'm afraid.
