We were not given tea and coffe items for day two and the bins were mot emptied and used tea and coffee items were left on tray after we had requested the room to be cleaned

A short but amazing stay. Spacious room and bathroom! Within walking distance to main attractions. The tastiest breakfast each morning and staff were so friendly and helpful.

Friendly welcome on arrival. Excellent location for conference at the Albert dock. Room spacious,clean soft towels and extra pillows provided if required,plus a blanket. Good quality tea and coffee provided. Easy walk into the main city. Booking again soon for a short break.

The hotel was dirty everywhere - like properly dirty. Rooms were tiny, I ended up leaving a night early - couldn’t cope with the smell (possibly the carpet in the room) and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Hotel was noisy at night - even people just walking down the corridors the floor seemed to bounce and vibrate with every movement. Staff didn’t seem engaged with anything, just interested in their friends and their phones. 0/10 would not recommend and would not stay again.

Have to say very the staff was friendly and helpful, The hotel was clean. Didn't try the food, ate out all the time. The hotel itself needs to be updated. There are better hotels in the area, that I will be trying out on my next visit to Liverpool.

Last minuite to stay. From Peterborough ordered suitcases and Liverpool only had. Stayed here in lockdown, included breakfast which was lovely. Value for money, across the road from Albert dick. 1 minuite away from Liverpool one shopping. Wow 3 shopping centres under 1 roof. The best I’ve seen so far. Other half Liverpool supporter so coming here amazing. People friendly. Hotel recommended.

Bed and Shower fine, shame about the rest..
A good location and supposedly parking, although with contractors working on a building behind the hotel, many of them were using the hotel spaces so it was difficult to find a space. I wasn't very well and could have used a comfortable lounge to rest in but there wasn't one and the chairs in the room were much too uncomfortable. It's probably a great hotel for sleeping in but other services could be improved.

Fine for a short stay as the location is great for the city centre. The room we had was very small which is ok when you're just using it as a base but if you will be spending a lot of time in your room and like a certain level of comfort, I'd look elsewhere.
