Great service, stay, and convenient location
Overnight stay at this location but was kindly upgraded upon arrival and staff was very accommodating overall. Room was clean and renovated. Conveniently located 5 mins away from tube station as well. Would stay here again.

The hotel was recently renovated so everything is brand new and very clean. The hotel is located on a quiet residential street which provided a quaint and calm atmosphere after exploring the busy city which is nice. Public transportation was accessible as the Tube station was about a 10 minute walk away and the nearest bus stop was less than a 10 minute walk away. You can also walk 10-15 minute for some cafés, restaurants, and markets nearby. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Checked in with Javed and checked out with Anh. Both of them were very helpful and respectful with their customer service. Nice quiet area with local shops and great restaurants. Very clean and updated hotel/room as well. Will be staying again.

The only flaw we encountered is that the doors are not very noise aisolating, and you can hear all the noises coming from the corridors. Mostly it was annoying in the morning during the cleaning shift.

The hotel was amazing, the staff went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. The room was fine and the breakfast was great. I'm glad that I didn't take notice of the bad online reviews as we would of missed out.

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war eintönig, aber es wurde sich große Mühe gegeben, uns vollständig zufrieden zu stellen. Alle Mitarbeiter haben sich die größte Mühe gegeben, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir hatten die kleinste Raumkategorie gebucht, die dann aber doch sehr klein war. Trotzdem für einen Kurztripp sehr zu empfehlen!
