It was very convenient to airport. The staff was very nice and helpful. They let us check in early when simply asking to store our luggage early. The shuttle to airport does cost. Was surprised by that. Would stay again definitely.

A good overnight stay while waiting for the next leg of our trip through Heathrow. We visited Windsor Castle which was a 15 minute ride from the hotel. On the downside there was only one US style outlet- in the bathroom. In the main room all were British style outlets and we had to rush to buy an adaptor for my husband’s cpap. Arrangements to get back to the airport were a little complicated. The shuttle never arrived on time, the Uber driver refused to take us to the airport because of the 5£ surcharge so we took a taxi for 40£

We really enjoyed our stay here. We always choose this hotel at Heathrow because it’s clean, convenient, quiet, has excellent customer service and a great restaurant. The staff are very friendly, but they clear up the breakfast dishes a bit too quickly. I left my table to get some more fruit at breakfast and they cleared my coffee away. So maybe they could be a little less keen with clearing up the dishes, but that was a very small thing and the rest of our stay was great.

Was a good place to stay close to Heathrow when we were on our way home to Canada. The hotel is huge! The breakfast buffet was plentiful (the scrambled eggs looked a little less than desirable but there was a lot of alternatives)

Perfect for family stay.
We stayed here before our flight out the next morning. Hotel was perfect. All staff we encountered where amazing. Room was very modern and clean. Restaurant had good food. Highly recommended.
