The advertisement indicated that the Hyatt had a shuttle service to the airport. This was not true, I was told by the reception staff that this shuttle service was not reliable and not not timely for flights and that I should use UBER for my transportation to the airport. Hyatt should not be advertising services if they are not supporting the services.

We've stayed one night before going back home to US, room was spasious, bed and pillows were the most comfortable during our vacation in Europe! Close proximity to the Heathrow airport. Do recommend if you are looking for a place to stay near the airport.

Nice place close to airport.
We booked this hotel to be close to the airport for our flight the next day. It was a great place. Call an Uber for getting to your terminal.
