The room is very nice and quiet. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom has ample hot water. Convenient location for next day connections. The restaurant had very good service and the food was very good.

The Hyatt Hotel is very nice, clean, and the room is very clean with modern amenities..and the restaurant is very nice. I would stay at the Hyatt Hotel at Heathrow Airport again..

I recently stayed one night at the London Hyatt Heathrow, and it was a perfect choice before my flight. The room was incredibly quiet, which made for a restful night's sleep—just what I needed. I also appreciated the convenience of having halal KFC delivered right to my room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay near the airport. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

The check-in staff were not quite as friendly as they could have been. The restaurant staff were wonderful and very friendly. Dining was limited and quality of food only so-so. But the building itself was modern and clean, and the room was comfortable and functional.

Upon check-in I wasn’t instructed to locate the card reader mounted on the wall to insert key card to turn on the electrical power to the room. It was my first time staying here and I had no idea what to do. I got to the room and the lights wouldn’t work and I was standing in a dark hotel room using my cell phone LED light to navigate my way around. So I went back to the front desk and complained and they provided detailed instructions on how to activate the power in the room any locating the device on the wall. The night managers were totally lazy and disinterested and made the minimum amount of effort. I intend to call in a complaint to corporate. Second issue is cleanliness of the bathroom. The toilet in my room smells like urine and seemingly it hasn’t been adequately cleaned with disinfectant in a very long time. While there is no visible stains of urine or feces the fact that it smells bad indicates a problem. I had much higher expectations of a hotel in this price range and of the Hyatt brand. The carpeting throughout the corridors is stained and torn in places. They are not adequately maintaining the property. There is visible wear and tear.

Everything about this property is excellent, except ground transportation. For an ‘airport hotel’ to have no reliable shuttle service is completely foreign to me. We waited an hour for the supposed shuttle bus, thinking all the time it would be just a few minutes. We finally gave up and took a taxi for less cost than the shared hotel shuttle. Go figure? Do yourself a favour and go straight to the taxi bay (also cheaper than Uber at LHR).
