Good location and breakfast
It had a nice view of planes approaching to land. Very nice breakfast. Good location for walking to watch planes. Friendly staff. Flashing smoke detector was annoying and bathroom door didn't latch easily, didn’t try to lock. Bit of noise from people moving about, but what you might expect from a hotel airport.

The number of Ibis Hotels in the area causes confusion. The burger I ordered from the bar arrived with no cutlery serviette or condiments and certainly no smile. The only enjoyable part of the burger was the meat, a meagre portion of oven chips, a dry chalky bun and a minute salad garnish. The only member of the hospitality team who seemed to care and understand about customer service was the Bar Manager who is a credit to the Hotel and could easily fit into a management role

This hotel had the bare minimum. In this day and age you expect the basics such as a telephone in room, iron and ironing board, complimentary lotion , hand soap ( not a combination soap, shampoo, body wash) set of towels wash cloth, hand towels and bath towels. This was just but a few things that are basic essentials which this hotel packed.

Honestly wasn’t a bad sleep however the condition of the room we were given was horrible however I didn’t take pictures but the walls of the room were peeling paint, the bath had rust on and rust inside the bath, when we went to check in there was rubbish on the floor of the reception. If you’re looking for a cheap good sleep it’s not bad, if you’re looking for a place to stay in for longer not really that good.

Good for a sleep over before or after a flight, you won’t know a single flight was taking off or landing above your head. Was clean and the staff were friendly, though could do with some updates as it showing some wear in the rooms etc

Hotel old and tired . Depressing decor , room smelled awful. One lift to service the whole hotel Bus service takes close to 20 mins from Heathrow Taxi wanted £25 to go 2.5 miles to car hire depot

The staff were helpful and polite, had a wide choice of breakfast buffet, the hotel was generally clean and we felt at home. Easy access to the public transport and found it exciting to see planes flying low overhead.
