Value for Money Experience at Ibis Styles Heathrow
I booked the hotel because of its neearness to London Heathrow Airport. It's good for value. Customer Service needs to up their game. However, overall, it is a nice place.

I have to pay an extra charge of $30 to wait in the hotel and using the hotel facilities after I checked out at 1:00 PM till the transportation company picks me up at 4:00PM because I have a late flight at 7:00PM which is not expected at all for me and never happened with me before at anywhere!!

My room was in an anex accessed through a fire door. The room was directly overlooking a busy petrol station with constant noise. The tv didnt work in the room and the shower had hairs and dirt in it. It was fairly cheap and convenient for Heathrow which is the only reason you would stay there

Disappointing Experience – Not as Advertised I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and I must say, my experience was far from pleasant. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a room that not only looked dirty but also had a lingering unpleasant smell. To make matters worse, I discovered bedbugs in my room, which was absolutely unacceptable. The staff at the hotel were unhelpful and indifferent to my concerns, making it difficult to address the issues I faced during my stay. I had hoped for at least decent food, but the meals were just okay—nothing to rave about. Additionally, I was misled by the photos online, which did not accurately represent the state of the hotel. It felt like a bait-and-switch situation, and I left feeling disappointed. We were offered a new room but that was even worst. So we left at 11pm on the hunt for a new place to stay. I would not recommend [Hotel Name] to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean stay. Save your money and look elsewhere!
