Very basic and a very strange bathroom - toilet with no seat cover, floor all one - from toilet to shower area - sink extremely close to the toilet pan, towels hanging right next to the toilet pan with the shower on the other extreme of the space - very strange indeed!

Think is a perfectly good place to stay when you are coming or going from Heathrow. It's a bit out of the way which means it's quiet. The only downside for me was the restaurant. The menu is very limited and what I had was mediocre. But overall it was fine and I would stay there again.

The girl working the check in desk had impeccable customer service. Answered any questions we had about how to get around to places and what was nearby to eat. The shower in our room however did not drain properly and there were limited towels in the room with no wash cloths.

Terrible Stay
Very unhappy with our stay in this property. Firstly, we specifically booked with payment on arrival. I secured the booking with a credit card at the time but intended to use a debit card at check in. The property took it upon themselves to take payment about 3 days prior to our stay despite our booking saying otherwise. I questioned why this had been done at check in and they just said oh well we won't charge you again- really? This is an extremely bad business practice and has never happened in any of the other hotels I've ever stayed in.. Onto the room, the bed was so uncomfortable and the room far too hot despite us having the air on which resulted in neither of us getting any sleep for our flight the next day. I've stayed in many different Ibis hotels over the years and never had an experience as bad as this. Airport hotel that's not fit for purpose... Complete waste of money.

Very nice stay. The room was very comfortable as was the bed. Very clean and quiet. Although I do suggest trimming the bushes outside. They rubbed against the window and made a creepy sound.
