The property was clean on arrival.. Housekeeping isnt done every day except upon request.. The wifi poses alot of challenges with logging you out and needing to log in everytime you reenter the property.. The chairs in the bar area are old and need to be replaced.But the room itself is decent and generally clean.

Accommodation was very pleasant, but the restaurant does not follow suit. The menu is very small and the food looks cheap.

Perfect stop-over for any West-London activities

Hard to find in the dark as the Hotel is within the University campus. Receptionist guided us in and explained the layout, room location and optional breakfast times. I could not fault the room or staff. 10 out of 10 from me.

After hours (10pm) this 'hotel' doesn't work and is impossible to get into your room. The keys are left at security but finding the security office is like finding a needle in a haystack. The security staff are the most unhelpful I have ever come across and kept telling to drive to the pond and turn left. In the middle of the night and during the summer, the pond isn't visible. I drove around for over 30 minutes looking for the security desk and the two officer couldn't have been less helpful. I actually cancelled my last night because of their approach and found somewhere pleasant.
