Super easy local bus to and from terminal3 , bus stop right outside the hotel (1st stop on Bath Road). Clean room. Quiet room- quiet from road and other guests coming and going. Good selection at breakfast. Couple of local shops for snacks and a local pub 2 min walk with good pub food. Small gym are - no pool. Local playground 2 min walk away (1st street on left)- great if you have kids. Price varies but usually one of the lower costing hotels on Bath Road both on their site and through travel sites. Staff always helpful.

Quick stay for early morning flight
The room was quite adequate for our purposes; overnight. Near Heathrow, but nothing else. Needed vitamin C. None to be had within 4 miles. Otherwise, it was fine. Breakfast was good.

Comfy and close to Heathrow Terminal 2&3
The hotel is close to Heathrow Terminal 2 & 3. Very close to the airport. The room was nice. I didn’t get what I reserved - king bed with a double. The room I got was a queen bed only no extra bed. The bed was comfy but the rooms are definitely not sound proof whatsoever. My first night there was a family gathering around my room area and it was past 2230 and you heard the entire conversation and kids playing. I kindly ask them to go downstairs to continue their gathering in the lobby room since I was trying to get some sleep. Other than the room not being sound proof, everything was great, from the cleanliness and staff giving excellent service. Did not get the breakfast so I couldn't comment on the breakfast buffet. The location is far from everything so you would have to take the bus/train but really easy to use if you don't want to call a taxi.

A great location for Heathrow.
It was good. We were just annoyed by the pressure to buy a transfer to the airport when there was a bus stop just outside. What was great was the small Portuguese cafe/restaurant/deli round the corner.

Frankly, speaking, the property seem to nickel and dime me for every little thing also never did get the PIP treatment that Expedia said that I would be getting there. Finally there the hotel is in is in the middle of nowhere so not anyway you can walk to anything at all.

We only stayed for one night and enjoyed our stay. We arrived late so we ordered dinner from the bar, and it was good (although a little expensive). Breakfast buffet was also good. We wouldn’t mind staying there again.
