several stairs. i was with two heavy luggages and had to take carry it 3 flloors bacause it doesnt have lifts. and its several stairs. the recepcionist told me she wouldnt help because she had knee problems. the restroon to share is another probem and it is in the other floor. its very far away from city centre and you need to take train to get there. Extremly noose because its just beside train station.

A lovely room with an excellent location! Literally right next to a tube station. Our room was very clean and had everything we could’ve wished for a week in London. Comfortable beds, friendly staff and new & clean bathrooms. Didn’t mind sharing the bathrooms with the other guests, since one of them was always available. The O2 centre was within a very short walk, with several restaurants and a huge Sainsbury’s. This was especially cool as we could buy our own breakfast & snacks and then eat at the hotel, because our room had both cutlery and a microwave. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it would certainly be perfect for a longer stay!
