Yuck Premium Studio more a bedroom with defunct ki

We arrived at 10pm. Our room wasn’t ready or at least that’s what the first receptionist told us. 40 minutes later and another receptionist/manager said that was just the computer not being updated so about as useful as a chocolate tea pot which wasn’t provided in the room in case you were wondering. Neither were any of the utensils shown in the lovely photo they show as advertising. I could have done without the chopping board as I wasn’t expecting to host a dinner party but how is anyone going to do anything without a knife folk or plate and with what looked like an induction hob you need specialist pans. Nothing is provided. The single tea bag for a couple staying 2 nights was a nice touch. But a bed that is crammed in on 3 sides makes it very difficult for someone who has to get up in the night not to disturb their partner. Also if you are going to have a bedside light, why put the switch by the main door? Finally, the condition the paintwork was awful (those bits that weren’t missing completely), the ceiling looked like it had some salt ingress caused by damp (although no idea how or what actually caused it) and the curtains were dirty and torn. Other than that it was fine - a place for the younger crowd I feel

100% worth it

My partner and I were in the city for a concert and to do some sightseeing. It was absolutely amazing, the room was spacious, everything was very clean and the bed was super comfortable, everything was absolutely 10/10. I definitely recommend staying and checking out the pool upstairs.

Great location a short two minute walk to the tube. However strong smell of cannabis in hotel room which was unpleasant. Bathroom on the small side. Whilst useable, any person taller than 5foot10 will struggle in the bathrooms. Other than this, very modern and clean facilities.

Good little appartments for people needing accom

The only complaint i have is the dlr bei g so close. Im not sure if it was just my end of thr building but you hear that rattle all day and until like midnight and then from 6am onwards

I checked in at 9pm and paid for all day parking. The hotels that I have been too always allowed us to leave the car the next day. I am disappointed in this service. I paid £12 for this.

poor communication with staff since I booked through expedia when I explained I tried to amend the booking directly through them I was told to do it through expedia. TV’s Chrome cast did not work in our room. Average cleanliness. Did have disturbances of people knocking on our door randomly.
