A nice welcome but not much of a view

Stayed here for one night before a meeting. I was initially given a room in the centre of the building with a view of a brick wall and no phone reception - but they were very happy to move me to a different one! Bed was comfy, it was all reasonably clean, and the welcome was good. The only downside was that my view became a bunch of meeting rooms, so the curtains stayed closed in the morning!

Really loved staying at this hotel, room was small but comfortable. All the staff were friendly and the bar area was really nice and relaxed. Central location everything in walking distance. My only little negative was that there was no cups/mugs in the room to make a hot drink only paper cups

A rather average, unremarkable hotel. Steep price for what it is. Regret not paying a little more for my usual Manchester hotel. That said, every member of staff I had an interaction with was lovely. The free wifi provided was also brilliant. I was able to work from the lobby just fine for a morning.

Great Stay - spoiled by ignorant, rude guests

Great overnight stay in the heart of Manchester. Very good reception.Room also very good - clean and well maintained with sufficient amenities. Stay was spoiled by unruly, ignorant guests returning at midnight and still loud at 01.00
