Property needed significant maintenance and cleanup. Room door lock was broken. Free breakfast was very minimal. Parking lot was gravel and dirt, and since it rained, I tracked dirt into room and car. Leaf bag full of trash was left outside my room. Towels in room were wet when we first arrived as had not been left in dryer long enough. Room refrigerator made annoying ticking noise. Best part of stay was checking out.

On arrival, the property appeared to be worn down, the paint was peeling and not in very good condition. Our Room Key didn’t work until 4 trips to the office. There were no pillow cases on the bedding. Overall it did not match the photos on the Website. Our flight was cancelled and I had to book the day of arrival. Based on previous experience with your Customer Service I didn’t even attempt to change properties. Otherwise I would not stay there again in the future.

This property advertised certain rooms and provided old, dirty, unsanitary rooms. I had to request basic items like soap towels and toilet paper multiple times. I felt uncomfortable sleeping in the bed which had a cheap mattress that felt old as dirt.

Property in poor repair. Got in after long journey. Looking to get a coffee. None. About to unpack noticed live 4 inch beetle scuttle from under cupboard. Removed outside. Not happy about staying the night in case of other insects. Asked reception for a refund. Owner refusing to answer. Contacted Expedia by phone who said refund up to the owner. Awaiting reply!!!

The manager was wonderful. She was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Great air conditioning and lots of hot water. The breakfast could be improved with better cereal selection for adults.

Just an ok place for a night. Guy at front desk at night very nice and suggested a great place for dinner. Room was very basic. Hole in wall not fixed. Fridge lacked shelves. Bathroom sink area had nowhere to hang a towel. Toilet was weird (circular seat over an oblong bowl…really?)Breakfast was really basic. Coffee was awful. Whole place ready for an overhaul.

It was old. Room was not clean. Dusty, debris on surfaces, carpet sketchy, bathtub has urine stain. Shower curtain had stains. I put my sleeping bag on top of the bed and used my own pillow. Smelled strongly of Fabioso cleaner. Left the window open. Didn't try the breakfast. Person at front desk was questionable.

I drove in and the place was a mess. The staff seemed to be put out by my being there. The room was fairly clean, but they had not emptied the waste containers. The knobs were gone from the Microwave and the Refrigerator sounded like it was trying to take flight.

We were assigned to a dirty room upon arrival, and when we got switched to a "clean" room, the linens and towels were all stained. Also, the window has no lock on it, we had to prop a trekking pole on the side to feel safe. When we asked about breakfast, we were told it will last until "the worker feels like it".

First room was so small for two people n smelt if cigarettes n i m a smoker n i could smell it. So they move us to a new water leak. They did not know there was one but moved us to a new room. That was ok, clean but room needs new flooring, did not want to take my shoes off. Breakfast not good. But i do have to say the staff went above n beyond to take care off us. So thx to the staff, they care but the owner does not care about his customers.

Things were dingey and dirty. The table in the room was broken. The curtains were broken as well. We had to ask for pillows. The tub seemed too dirty to shower in. The room had a distinct nasty Oder.

Nightmare Motel

I was so disappointed on how filthy this room was. There was old blood or poop stains on the bed sheets and the comforter. No other hotels were available due to Labor Day weekend. It was my birthday trip. Had to go to Walmart to buy sheets to put over beds. Didn’t bother showering because the shower curtain was disgusting. Floors were gross. Parking lot was busy all day/night with homeless pushing carts. But then they’d go to a different room like they were staying there. Wish it was a better experience. I will never return to that motel.
