My stay at Trelawney Hotel was delightful, although only brief Liz & Paul were extremely welcoming & ensured everything was catered for. Would definitely stay again, thanks for such a lovely visit!

Great hotel in central Torquay. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and it seemed every effort had been made to meet guests needs. Highly recommended and we look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

I chose this hotel specifically because it claimed to have a private (though limited) car park, but on arrival discovered the tiny parking space at the back of the property is used by the owners alone. I was shown a map of the area and told to go and find off-street parking. It took me half an hour to find a space, which ended up being very far from the hotel on a street where two cars close by had they tyres slashed, so I worried for the duration of my stay. I also had to change my plans and did not use the car during my stay as I was too worried I would not find another parking space. The room and bathroom were very clean, but very small for two people and with a lot of traffic noise at night. Breakfast was mediocre. The distance to the seafront was the main highlight.

Short walk to the water. Beautiful property. Very clean. Tasty full English breakfast. Limited parking on site but there is a lot of other options including unrestricted street parking close by. Host is very knowledgeable of the area and provided excellent recommendations. Will definitely return.
