Holiday Inn London Gatwick - Worth by IHG

"Todella ystävällinen henkilökunta. Tulimme tänne lentomme Gatwickistä peruunnuttua. Henkilökunta empaattinen ja palvelu erittäin hyvää. Huoneet siistit ja huoneessa palvelut kunnossa. Ravintola mukava ja ruoka oli hyvää. Hotellin ympäristössä ei ollut käytännössä mitään. Vieressä liikuntakeskus, jonne saa alennuksella päivälipun, mutta piha-alueella pelkkää parkkipaikkaa, joten lähialueen ulkoilu ei ollut kovin miellyttävä kokemus. Hotelli varmasti autoilijoille hyvä taukopaikka Lontoon ulkopuolella. Myös lentokentän läheisenä hotellina ajoi asiansa. "

This is not a 4 star hotel

"I booked because of the name "Radisson". The blanket was really cheap and the bed was not the 4-star standard. I don't think they had changed the sheet in my room, and apparently housekeeping does not work I the evening. They gave me a new room. They gave me a second blanket, which made my night ok. This place is great for a 3 star hotel, but if you are looking for a standard 4 star bed, this is not the place for you. "
