Good location but had a sewage smell throughout the lowel level of the hotel. The tv is very basic and tiny but if you only require a place to put your head down before early travel, then this hotel is fine

Good location, clean but small room, hotel is like a maze, bit tricky to find room! Shower temperature could have been hotter. Would use again for work due to good location for King's Cross.

Eurostar Kings Cross
Great location for Eurostar and Rail links. Rooms basic but clean. Very noisy with people coming and going all night, banging doors etc.

Close to Eurostar but pretty basic for the price
We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the Eurostar as we had an early train. This hotel was probably one of the closest you could get to the station so it served its purpose for that with just a 5 minute walk to St Pancras. Despite the impressive photos, it was actually very basic The room was clean and the bathroom was nice but we had expected something a little better for the price. There is a lift but you have to go down some stairs to access it and our room on the third floor also had more stairs to get to the door - not ideal with 3 heavy suitcases. Soundproofing of the rooms really bad as we were woken by a family who arrived at 4am and then proceeded to have a long video call to someone for about half an hour. I guess this is a hazard of a hotel in such a good location close to travel networks. The staff were friendly, especially the reception guy who checked us in. Not sure we would stay there again for that price but it was fine for what we needed for this flying visit.

I was told my room was down and to the left. It was down to the right up then down then down again then left and down again. Very noisy room. Room was damp and smelt of sewage. Lower ground floor. Emergency exit map does not show my room as part of the hotel at all.

This is far the worst place I’ve stayed at. Old and outdated rooms, wobbly staircase hand guards, squeaky floors, paper thin walls… what can I say? This place is a disaster! I booked through Hotels.com and I feel that you don’t get your money’s worth. Please do not stay here.
