"Elevator capacity is horrible. Every day a major wait. Luggage storage too. Had to wait nearly 30 min to store luggage at departure. Great bar staff! Wish they would open earlier."

"We stayed for two nights on a business trip. The location is great! The room was quite spacious but worn. Airconditionong was very loud and did not seem to be heating at all. You could hear the noise from the street very clearly so we had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones. The staff seemed frustrated in general and did not even wish us a good day when we left or ask how our stay was. We ender up changing hotels for our remaining 3 nights and it was definitely worth it."

"A nice hotel in very good location in Midtown. Typically small NYC rooms but also quiet from the street noises if you choose a room with no Manhattan view. AC is pretty noisy but does work. "
