I loved the small rooms, that all have a theme - the size reminded me of cruise ship cabins. Staff was wonderful, very accommodating! Water was VERY HOT!!!! Being that there are no dressers, it would have been nice if we had luggage racks so there would not have been a lot of bending as one searched her suitcase and if a box of Kleenex was provided that would have been perfect!

Great location, easily accessible by transit through the tram and by bike to the city center. The room was clean, comfortable and the staff was very nice. Would stay again!

A different type of towel rail would be useful. Towels don’t dry very well on the wooden ladder type.

A bit far from the center of the city, but if you don’t mind a twenty minute tram to city center this property is wonderful. The staff is exceptional and the breakfast each morning is delicious.

Staff was excellent and gave us free coffee , a free ice pop on an extremely warm day , upgraded our room and we’re overall amazing eh whole stay to any request we had and were an amazing bunch

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel looks like an apartment complex and it actually is. It only has 2 floors and the rest of the floors are regular apartments. The lighting in the room was bad, making it difficult to put makeup, shave, etc. The breakfast wasn’t worth it. Mostly bread, milk, juice from a machine, ham and cheese of ok quality

Great hotel, fantastic service, just a small note on checking out with parking we wasn’t given another tokens to cover the parking and also wasn’t explained the process which meant we had to go back to get our original parking ticket and had to ring parking intercom. But overall good hotel.

Great hotel

This hotel was great! There was very convenient public transport to get into the centre and to the airport. We were able to leave our bags for a few hours after checking out and found the WiFi great. There is a safe in the room but no fridge. We’d happily stay again!
