We stayed for one night while attending a nearby concert, and the hotel's parking facilities made it a convenient choice, although it does come at a cost of €25 per day. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, which was a nice touch. The room itself was spacious, and the bed was quite comfortable. While the amenities were fairly basic, they sufficed for our short stay. The bathroom was clean and pleasant, although the towels had an unpleasant smell and some stains, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the service was hit or miss. During breakfast, we encountered two staff members who were unprofessional and somewhat rude. When we inquired about payment options after being told at check-in that it would be cheaper to pay at reception, their abruptness was off-putting. The surrounding area felt a bit rough, which was unfortunate given the event we were attending. There were a few restaurants nearby, but menu options were limited due to the day's events. Overall, while there were some positives, the service and cleanliness issues detracted from our experience.

Fabulous Hotel
We absolutely loved the very comfortable bed. The staff throughout the hotel were so nice and helpful. Lovely breakfast buffet with every food you can imagine. Very close to public transportation, the Arena, IMAX, testaurants and grocery store. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

Just better than average
We checked in very late - late night staff is quite disinterested. We woke up late due to late arrival and went out to the city for 5 hours. Returned to find the room wasn't made up. Nice touch to give us a free beer pre concert. But paid a lot to stay here and didn't receive the commensurate service I'm afraid. Paid for a larger room which was very nice. Position is perfect for theproximity to the Arena

Nice hotel, good gym, restaurant bar is fairly expensive but the whole of Amsterdam is, easy commute by tram to the centre and easy train to and from the airport

Als je een stil en rustig hotel zoekt, dan is dit een aanrader. Goede faciliteiten zoals een gym en een kleine snack shop, bar, restaurant etc. Wij hebben een drankje genomen in de bar, wel wat weinig keus qua bar hapjes. Ook was er onderbezetting en duurde het daardoor wat langer allemaal; overigens wel een vriendelijke barman. Verder vonden we het raar dat housekeeping na aankloppen de kamer inkwam, ondanks dat wij duidelijk ‘occupied’ hebben geroepen. Ze bood wel haar excuses aan, maar toch.. Al met al zou ik hier zeker terugkomen, vanwege de locatie, goede hygiene in de kamers en de rust.

The location is perfect near to the train station. Make it easier to go to other place. The only things I don’t like is the carpet inside the rooms is look so dirty.
