Very nice neighborhood including a wonderful park across the street. The property is lovely in both design and furnishings. The restaurant and bar are lively. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Our only quibble was that we had very spotty experience with the room cleanliness and restocking. Not sure if it was a communication issue, but even after requesting very specific items such as fresh towels, bathroom tissues and replenished coffee the results were mixed. The cleanliness issue was a poor job preparing the room for our arrival (floor was not vacuumed or poorly vacuumed; food left in refrigerator by previous guests).

We loved staying here, it was in a lovely area, very quiet and safe but with a couple of nice cafes very close by. Easy to get to by tram from the station. The hotel itself was lovely, very modern, clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Great to be able to hire bikes directly as well. We would definitely stay here again.

great staff and hotel. celebrated our anniversary and the housekeeping staff decorated our room, cleaned it everyday, and was extremely attentive. Location is top notch, right next to the beautiful Vondelpark and an easy walk/ride to main attractions.

It is a nice hotel with great options to travel into Old Amsterdam. The staff are very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was delicious! After a busy day in the city, it is a pleasure to enjoy more quieter surroundings. The only thing I would say is that there aren’t many moderately priced restaurants near by. Every restaurant is quite expensive.

The Location although just outside the main Amsterdam hub was very walkable and so close to the park. Others may find it a little out of the way but if you are willing to walk 500 Meters everything is around

From the first welcome to the last farewell, our stay here was great! The concierge helped us navigate the city and gave us “must see” recommendations. We felt safe here and the area was a perfect spot to access Vondelpark and the city centre. If you want to feel what Amsterdam is like from a local’s view, this is the neighbourhood to stay in!

The shower tray could do with a good clean and the drain hole too as water filled the shower tray very quickly. Other than that it was a nice quiet location in a lovely part of Amsterdam.

Located in a nice neighborhood walkable to many restaurants and boutiques - very close to many sights like the Museum. 45 min walk to the centre or just a short tram ride - not too far from the airport (20 min by one bus ) .will come back.
