Huoneen äänieristys oli olematon. Huone sijaitsi lähellä respaa, joten kaikki kuului mitä siellä puhuttiin. Aamupalalla ei tarjolla tuoreita kasviksia. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli sekavaa. Huoneen avain luvattiin antaa, vasta kun lähtee ulos ja viimeisenä aamuna se ei toiminut lainkaan. Kylpypyyhe puuttui viimeisenä päivänä kokonaan. Ihmettelen, miten hotelli on saanut 4 tähteä. Varmaan henkilökunnan ystävällisyydestä.

Very good situation. Especially if you like walking, everything close by. Also tube/train station. Hotel itself very old, ”cramped” but good value for your money.

Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft , sehr empfehlenswert , da eine gute Anbindung zum Flughafen ( Elisabith Line ) Multikulturelles Leben , ruhige Lage des Hotels , sehr freundliches Personal, vielfältiges Angebot von verschiedensten Restaurant
