We had a great 1 night stay in this lovely hotel. Superb location - quiet but central & just a few mins walk from Tower Hill tube station. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and the bed was so comfortable. The toiletries are lovely so you can travel light (there was shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion). Our only regret is not having longer just to chill in to hotel as our London schedule was so full on! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

I loved the hotel and the location! The restaurant downstairs was convenient, and the lobby is a wonderful place to relax while waiting for your ride or a friend. The doors of the neighboring rooms could be heard opening and slamming closed which was inconvenient at 6 o'clock in the morning. Looking past that hiccup, the rest of the experience was wonderful! I would recommend to any of my family and friends!

I love love this hotel. So clean, nice and friendly staff and so helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to all. Very convenient location only 3 minutes walk from the Tube station. I give this hotel 5 stars.

A couple blocks off the very, very beaten path, the hotel is like the Tardus: bigger on the inside than it is on the outside. Lovely bar/restaurant with outstanding food. Surprisingly quiet, considering its location. The Reception area is deceptively small, but there are plenty of small public areas off to the sides that make it easy to meet people, chat, and even work on very nice co-working space style tables and conversation groupings. The staff were friendly and helpful, the towels fluffy, the bathroom spa-like. The size of the room itself is about average compared to other places Ive stayed at in London - perfect for couples or two adult travelers, but if you have kids with you, space and storage will be tight in a typical room. The view from our room on the third floor was of a lovely old building - I imagine there are plenty of decent views third floor and up.

Excellent except for the beds
Everything was great- service, facilities, cleanliness, food, staff, except for the beds. Both the kingside and the double sofa bed were very uncomfortable, to the point of getting little sleep
