The property could use some “soft closing doors”. Doors were banging from 6am, staff, not guests, using the laundry cupboard and fire exit right outside our bedroom door.

Unfortunately our room, although nice and spacious and clean, was right next to the reception and you heard everyone coming and going throughout the night. Not a good night sleep. Breakfast quality was good, but the room was very small and we had to wait a little and then squeeze in to get a table. Staff helpful but can’t fault location.

Sehr gute Lage. Es war leider kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer vorhanden.

Hyvä perushotelli jossa ystävällinen henkilökunta. Äänieristys oli heikko, muuten kaikki OK.

Als wir ankamen und uns ein Zimmer zugeteilt wurde erhielten wir ein Zimmer in einem anderen Gebäude als in dem eigentliche Hotel und das Zimmer war im Keller und seehr klein. Als wir daraufhin wechseln wollten erhielten wir ein Zimmer im 4. Stock (ohne Lift). Naja wenigstens war das Zimmer dann etwas grösser da oben. Für 4 Nächte war es okay, gibt aber sicher bessere Hotels für den Preis. Die Lage war okay, 10min zu Fuss zur Victoria Station.

Im grossen und ganzen ist dieses Hotel super. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein. Der Standort ist wirklich super.
