The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The view from our room was spectacular, however, we did have the fire alarm go off at 1:30 AM and the staff did not handle that very well and very little instruction was given to the Guest at the hotel. The hotel protocols need to be updated for emergencies. Other than that experience, I had nothing bad to say about this hotel.

First visit, good location. Very friendly welcome. Room was opposite lift, but there was no noise or disruption. Room was comfortable, nice biscuits and bottled water available. Good shower in the morning.

Excellent hotel beat Liverpool St. station. Free room upgrade and bottle of wine included. Fantastic room which was small but had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Incredible view over central London. Great strength hairdryer! Walkable to many underground stations and the main train station. If I had booked longer I would have made use of the fitness suite. Will definitely consider staying here again for my London trips!

Amazing stay at this excellent hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. Right next to Aldgate tube which is very convenient. The staff were very pleasant and friendly, letting me check-in on arrival two hours before normal. Even a fire alarm at 2am didn't spoil my visit! Bed was super comfy with great bedding. I'm looking forward to coming back to London and this is where I'll stay!
