We stayed here one night at Christmas time and it was lovely all the staff we encountered were friendly and nice, they had a bar with nice drinks and food options, the hotel has a tube station on the same road and there is restaurants and pubs walkable distance it’s also walkable from Waterloo station. The hotel had lovely views of the city and we left our bags here before and after our stay with no issues

They have no parking, we parked our three blocks away and paid £40. We booked two rooms with king beds, but the beds were double bed with uncomfortable Mattress while we have been charged for king beds.

Great location next to Lambeth North tube station. Central location - easy walking distance to Imperial War Museum or central London tourist attractions. Clean. Useful kitchen area to prepare breakfast. All good 👍

Dear [Marlin Waterloo Hotel Management], I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel, as my experience fell far short of the standards I expected. When I booked my room, I was explicitly promised a soundproof space where I could enjoy a peaceful night’s rest. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Throughout the night, I was disturbed by the constant noise of trains and cars passing by, making it nearly impossible to relax or sleep properly. The lack of soundproofing was extremely frustrating and disrupted what was supposed to be a restful stay. Additionally, my room included a sofa bed, which was entirely inadequate for a comfortable night’s sleep. The mattress was of poor quality, offering little to no support, and I woke up feeling tired and uncomfortable. For a hotel of your reputation, I expected much better. I trust that you take guest feedback seriously and address these concerns promptly. I would appreciate it if you could provide an explanation and outline the steps you are taking to ensure that other guests do not experience similar issues in the future. Additionally, I feel some form of compensation is warranted for the inconvenience I endured. I look forward to your response. Kind regards, [joshua Evans
