Nice size room, very clean and comfortable. Fridge in the room was a nice bonus. Staff could not have been more helpful. Really convenient for Gloucester Road tube station.

The hotel is located near the station. The staff is kind and friendly. Breakfast is good. But unfortunately, there is not a good restaurant near the hotel. The bed is close to the window so I felt cold when i slept.

My daughter stayed here with another college student while studying abroad. Staff was very nice and answered questions prior to arrival. She said it was conveniently located to many sites and perfect for a first-trip to the UK. Thank you hotel staff!

Fantastic location in a safe Kensington, lots of cafes restaurants within walking distance and Gloucester Underground station only 5 mins walk from the hotel. The only thing that let this property down was the musty smell in the lobby, corridor areas - wondering if it is damp carpet smell?
