The room was clean and neat. The hotel was fairly quiet and close to a Tube station. Friendly service.

Good location within a few minutes of South Kensington underground station. Rooms are small with very little space for luggage. Quite noisy with the sound of traffic (room was facing the main road). Not enough light in the bathroom or bedroom for makeup!

Hotel is very clean and in a great location close to South Kensington underground station. The staff are very friendly and I felt they did whatever they could do within reason to ensure our stay was memorable. We received a free upgrade, a small welcome gift and the complimentary drinks in the rooms are an amazing touch. The beds are comfortable and I will definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay
