Everything perfect: location, cleanness.. Only when we were about to get our transportation to the airport around 4:50am and standing next to the restaurant facing the street I saw a mouse inside the restaurant! I have a video showing it!

The staff at Apex were amazing, in particular Mariana. I had been travelling extensively and needed a room earlier than the usual check in time to conduct some online meetings and to settle in quickly. She went out of her way to find me a room and was very grateful. Great breakfast, comfy bed, desk to work and good shower. Defo will stay again.

I really enjoyed the king size bed room with balcony. Top notch view of Tower Bridge and the London skyline. The only issue is light from the hallway comes into the room at night so it wasn’t as dark as I wanted. This was a minor issue overall.
