It's cheap

It's the worse hotel I've ever stayed in, the bed is so uncomfortable

Good deal! Good value for Rate!

Pros: The location and the free breakfast. I also enjoyed interacting with the staff.
Cons: The sewage smell problem from the building next door - horrible.
Location: Only a couple blocks from Paddington Station and Hyde Park. Excellent location. Buses run, literally, every couple of mins. McD's, KFC only 2 blocks
If you're high fallooting, this isn't the place for you. If you're flexible, laid back, go with the flow, you can't beat this place. Located in a great spot, very, very clean, no frills, breakfast included, this is the spot for you. The hotel staff was very polite, informative and attentive. Breakfast was good. I felt safe (very important). I look forward to staying here again. For the sake of full disclosure - Be SURE that you know they do NOT offer FREE wifi but for a charge but McDonalds and KFC offer free wifi and are only 2 blocks away and right across the street from each other right next to Paddington Station. There is NO lift and if you're at the front of the building, it can be VERY loud. (very!!)
