The location is good for transportation, the hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful, the room was spacious and nice, the bathroom is a safety hazard, the tub is at least 20 inches from the floor with no handrails, the shower glass only covers 1/3 of the space, lots of water gets out onto floor (slipping) and the tiles are cracked and broken, I am not a germophobe but thought of bacteria a lot when I used the room, needs to be renovated badly. I would stay here again but try for a room with a walk in shower

Property was in a quieter area of Kensington High Street, but it is a low level building, so there is some street noise. The building is nice, but could use some freshening. Breakfast was the best buffet that I have seen - lots of options and nice seating area.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff very friendly and approachable. The breakfast spread was amazing! The only problem I had was the shower head was not working and there was no shower gel available in the room. But otherwise the stay was great!

We specifically booked an hotel with air con. Our air con was not working for the first two days. They did not have any rooms with working air to be moved to. The only offer as consolation to this was two drink vouchers that expired that night. Neither of us drink. We were not placed in rooms close to those in our booking party. There are multiple stairs on each floor that you have to maneuver your luggage up and down.

Awful room! ON entry it smelled of dampness and mustiness. Bath had a really big stain in the bottom of it. Ceiling tile was hanging out of ceiling above shower end of bath. Carpet had stains on it. Mattress was as bouncy as something purchased in the 1970's. Room was like something out of the 1970's!

Nice place to stay while in London. Sainsbury’s store was a block over to pickup food and water. Train station was an easy five minute walk hotel staff were great. An electric teapot in the room was great to have to make a morning cup of coffee (provided by the hotel) and a mini fridge. I will stay here on my next trip to London.
