Nice location by the river and close to the London eye. Had a nice stay, quiet and service was great. Could be better if breakfast had more choices like a chefs station for omelette and/or waffles.

The breakfast was good and the view is amazing. The pool is slightly smaller than I expected but managed to take advantage two times and had a relaxing swim. The room with kitchenette has all the amenities needed including a dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker and crockery for cooking. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even gave my newborn a Christmas gift which was such a nice touch. Definitely recommend.

Ok stay but spoiled by poor check in !
Disappointing check in experience but room good (except shower screens need proper cleaning). Dinner in restaurant good, singer and band excellent, price of wine steep and not great variety. Breakfast buffet good and reasonably priced compared with other chains.

London city stay with kids
Great hotel, really friendly staff. We had an amazing room over looking the Thames with glass floor to ceiling. It was a perfect location for exploring London, not far from the Houses of Parliament and the Eye. The spa/pool was great after a day of walking, kids really loved the pool. The nearest tube is Vauxhall 10 mins walk and nearby a great place to eat with street food called market place Vauxhall - would highly recommend

We paid 1200 dollar for 3 nights. The hotel first tried to push us in a standard room with broken airco. After complaining they upgraded us to a double room. You will not get a view below $600 a night. The windows are all closed and right on top of the neigboring hotel. There are 2 elevators and prepare to take a stool because average wait is 5 minutes before you catch one. Its a residents only hotel so no visitors allowed. No microwave. Pillows were good. Mattres is only suitable for an egyptian fakir. No subwsy in the viscinity. They got a lot of staff. Maybe cut down on that so they can drop the room price. I liked the carpet and the messages on it. If you don't like your job then quit.

My property is beautiful and clean I our room smell like cigarette smoke the the entire time. I didn't mention this to the front desk who said they would send somebody up immediately but it was an hour and a half later and we were already in bed The first day they came to clean up they didn't take any of our dirty dishes and didn't leave us any face cloths or empty the trash. Other than that the hotel was beautiful the staff was pleasant and the bartenders in the restaurant Chino Latino we're amazing
