Great location (walking distance from Victoria station and hop on hop off bus, clean, good variety for breakfast and friendly staff. We had a great experience. Muy buena experiencia, un hotel limpio, staff muy amable y colaborador, variedad en el buffet de desayuno y muy cerca de la estación central de Victoria y los buses de hop on hop off. Lo recomiendo!

The reception and concierge services were very good. Grat location near Victoria station and many restaurants near by. We were in room 151 and there was a scent (spicy) during our 4 days even though the air conditioning was on.

This property has construction all around it and can be noisy. This is not a fault of the hotel though. The area has several homeless people living nearby, again, not the hotels fault but this might be intimidating for some. The front desk people were fantastic as were the people working in the dining room at breakfast time. The room however was old and tired. I booked a “superior” room. There were 3 shallow drawers. The rest of the dresser used to be a cabinet for a mini fridge and the tea service area. So that is where I had to fit my clothes. The headboard was old and there was an odd round dining type table as a nightstand on one side of the bed. The whole room felt like it was furnished with odds and ends.

Very Clean and very accommodating. This is the absolute perfect location for tourist. Right next to Victoria station and 45 minute drive to Heathrow. Will be staying again

The lighting in the room was NOT designed well. It was darker than desired & fixtures not in usable placement. The bathroom was especially disappointing in this respect. The shaving/makeup mirror was practically useless, given the poor lighting & no means to change it. The room was large & clean. The staff was extremely helpful & courteous.

We had a major issue with construction going on in the hotel that we were never informed about and did not receive any consideration from Sergio, the acting general manager (who was completely inconsiderate). Also had several housekeeping issues.
