Unfortunately the air conditioning in the basement room wasn’t working : was very warm, due to being fully booked no alternate rooms was given a fan but didn’t help cool

Convenient, modern hotel in a great location near Spitalfields. Staff were great and check-in easy. Only downside was cleanliness of room was not great and also the air conditioning didn’t seem to work. Also, so-if was a little flaky.

The hotel was 10 minutes from Liverpool Street station,so was easy to get to Central and west London. The room was very clean but very compact. There was always staff if you needed assistance. Good place to stay.

Average at best.
Did the job. It was average at best. The room was tiny, made even smaller by a giant pillar located awkwardly in the middle of the room. The double bed was a very small double bed and average in comfort. The air conditioning was pretty poor. Breakfast was average. Reasonably priced stay. Nothing major to complain about, staff were friendly and no issues with cleanliness. But overall was pretty disappointed and would not return. If I'd paid this price for this hotel anywhere outside of London I'd be livid.

Very nice hotel. Convient to Liverpool St station and easily walkable to sights. Right beside Spitalfields market. Very clean and tidy. Rooms are small but perfect for a quick trip to London
