This hotel is awesome!! Staff was very nice, professional and polite. The location is in the heart of town. Easy walk major tourist attractions. The room was cozy and the bed super comfortable. The continental breakfast buffet was really good and great variety of food. My only issue was the shower door that was broken. Someone came up right away to try and fix the issue but it wasn't fixed before we left. Michael was very helpful with any questions we had and also helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!!

Radisson Blu helped us have a great time in London. We were there on an unusually hot day, and the hotel's social areas and restaurant made a significant difference. It was our family vacation. We traveled from the USA to London. I initially booked a different hotel but moved to the Radisson Blu because the initial hotel was horrible."

Stay was convenient and hotel clean and quiet. We were however perplexed at the apparent shortage of pillows in Bloomsbury! Having only one pillow on each of the twin beds, we called up as specifically invited on the card beside the phone "...if you need a restaurant booking or just an additional pillow..." to be told "you can only have one more". Explaining we were 2 guests, was told again "yes, well you are only allowed one extra pillow". So we got 1 more pillow !!! 4 star hotel. Really?

The staff were really helpful and the hotel reception and breakfast area were very well kept. Our room was a nice size, however, the bathroom was tiny and the room could do with a refresh. We had booked a room with breakfast that had been confirmed at check in, however, when we went into breakfast our names were not on the list and we were asked whether we had indeed booked it.

Staff was great, clean room with AC but small. The down side is that they take a 50£ deposit on your credit card which they reimburse when you leave but you get hit with the exchange rate.

Mostly good.
The room was clean and comfortable but a bit small. It had a great shower. The TV wasn’t working but was replaced the next day. The hotel is in a good central position in London. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Great location, 5 min walk from tottenham court station. Hotel and rooms generaly dated but bed and pillows were very comfortable. For the location alone, I would stay here again
