The staff were very helpful and sweet. They had a broken elevator during the stay, But they had a second one closer to my room. My room was tiny, even with the extra charge. I wish I knew so I could go a little larger still. Having said that, it was all very clean, very very comfortable. My bed had the best pillows, so cozy. Also the espresso machine was wonderful. And the bathtub was just right. The view was nice. I loved having the vouchers for the drinks. And the food was really good for breakfast and for lunch and dinner.

I wake up at 4:30 am every day so since nothing is open at that time, I try to choose a hotel with an in room coffee pot and or kettle. The Radisson Blu offered N press machines which I thought was ideal since I love the one I have at home unfortunately, the Radisson uses a knock off brand of Nespresso pods so the machine would only make one gulp at a time. You have apply a lot of pressure to get the pod to seat right, which means the contents and or foil top is too dense. I have experienced something similar at home when using off brands. At first I thought it was a broken machine and I spoke with the desk the next day, needless to say I was infuriated when his only response was, did you put water in the reserve canister. They did send another machine up later in the day but had the same results. There’s only 3 steps: fill with water, put in a pod and push the button. So, while the hotel was nice and very walkable, Enjoy my morning routine of having a cup of coffee while still in my pajamas so I will not stay ant the Radisson London again. If you do not care about such things, please stay at the Radisson, it has much more to offer.

Our room was very small and musty. It felt to me the room wasn’t occupied in a long while. AC wasn’t working. It was very cold on the first night. We reported it and they send someone to fix it. They told us it was fixed and the next night it was extremely hot that we did not sleep at all. We reported the issue the following morning and they said they have fixed it now, however when we reached the room later on in the day , we found the room windows were left open and the AC was turned off. When we questioned about the windows left open, finally they admitted that the ac cannot be fixed since it had some major problems. They changed us to another room for the 3rd and 4th night. They gave a refund of one night’s half price which we are not happy about. Toiletries were poor quality, body lotion and body wash were all diluted with water, I have never come across such poor quality toiletries. The location is good. It is never a 4 star hotel, maybe a 2 or a 3 .

Scruffy old room with a tiny bathroom that smells of mould. Uncomfortable sofa bed for two adults. TV remote did not work, mini bar was empty and I do not think this hotel deserves 4 stars.
